Greenacre Realty Services, LLC was initially created to facilitate a creative solution to delinquency problems facing Greenacre Properties valued Association clients. And, although we continue to offer that service to in-house clients and beyond, GRS has grown to become a full service real estate brokerage operation. GRS enjoys the stability and reputation that comes with being part of the Greenacre family of companies.

Jeff has owned and operated GPI since 1974 in the same location in Tampa, Florida. GPI is Tampa Bay's oldest management company, servicing more than 140 communities in Central Florida, composed of almost 50,000 families. Jeff is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), National Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Florida Community Association Manager (CAM), Florida Mortgage Broker, and Florida Real Estate Agent. He is a Past President and current member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Jeff received his Master's Degree from Northern Illinois University with a major in business and his Bachelor's Degree from Whittier College with majors in business and mathematics. Jeff originally came to Florida as a member of the GTE Data Services Team prior to deciding to start his property management company.

Ryan currently oversees all financial and information technology services at GPI. He has designed and implemented customized, proprietary management and accounting software that is unsurpassed in today's property management industry. He is licensed as a Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) and is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and actively involved in the Chief Executive Officers of Management Companies (CEOMC). Ryan received his Bachelors Degree from Florida State University with majors in Management Information Systems and Business. He was recruited as project manager by the Eckerd Corporation after graduation and spent several years there before coming to GPI.

Bob has been active in Tampa Bay real estate for over 30 years, as an investor/owner, as a broker, and as a managing agent. In addition to condominium and association management, Bob has had full operational responsibility for a residential rental portfolio of over 600 units, and over 1,500,000 sq ft of Class A office and industrial property. He is the Broker for all GRES activities and manages the day to day operations. Bob is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and North Carolina.

Bob graduated from the University of North Carolina with a major in business and finance.

He is a past VP of B.O.M.A. Tampa Bay and a graduate of Leadership St Pete. A licensed captain and an active sailor, Bob is a past Commodore of Davis Island Yacht Club. Bob is the current President of the Tampa Bay Hospice Cup Foundation, supporting the work of hospice care throughout Tampa Bay.

As the Director of Accounting Helen oversees all of the financial reporting and accounting. Helen attended University of South Florida and has over 15 years of financial experience in the property management field. For several years prior she owned a financial consulting business with an emphasis on construction accounting and human behavior studies.

Karen handles the day to day accounting functions for both proprietors and tenants. Karen received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Moving to NH, she spent the next 18 years in hospitality accounting management with the Radisson Hotel Manchester. This background instilled the value of providing excellent client services to both owners and renters.

Yearning for a warmer climate, she moved to Florida and now complements the GRS team with her attention to detail, accuracy, and work ethic.
